"Heat for Less Now" - City of Summerside

The City of Summerside in PEI offers a program called "Heat for Less Now", which offers electricity consumers a reduced rate if they purchase or lease an approved electric thermal storage system (such as water heaters, furnaces or room/space heaters) through the program.
